CDay Group may assist eligible consumers with Affordable Care Act (“ACA”) Marketplace coverage.
Eligibility for Marketplace coverage, premium tax credits, cost-sharing reductions, Special Enrollment Periods, and other benefits is determined under applicable Marketplace rules and is not guaranteed by CDay Group.
Consumers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of information submitted in connection with a Marketplace application.
Where required, separate consumer consent or authorization may be obtained before CDay Group accesses, updates, submits, or assists with a Marketplace application or enrollment.
